Cleaning and Prevention

Dentistry is founded on the principle of prevention. All patients are recommended regular cleanings and examinations.   • Brush with a fluoride toothpaste

  • Floss daily before bedtime

  • Use an oral rinse at a different time of the day

  • Reduce the frequency of foods and drinks that contain high amounts of sugar
